is there anyone out there that does, or know some one that does quality engine work? i want to put headers on my 92 z 305. any help appreciated, thanks.

Where on Long Island are you from? There's a local mechanic by me that I trust very much, and never had a problem with any of his work. There have been occasions where this guy has told me and my mother hat there was nothing wrong with the car. He passed my car's inspection with a broken headlight. The thing I like is if you know what needs to be replaced on your car, he'll let you buy the part cheaper in Pep Boys or someplace and just charge labor.

Oh yeah. This guy is located in West Babylon.
