Auto window motor question...

Well I have got the inner door panel off, everything down to the metal, I am going to try to repair the motor bushings, all I need to get is the white plastic piece that holds all these parts. There are three metal tabs on the motor that I need to bend up. I can get the front tab up but the other two are on the back and I can't get to them. Has anyone done this route while it is in the door. I have an article written by Vader that spells it all out, just need to get the end piece out. Anyone done it?
