Well, you would have to take out the old system. The hip straps wouldn't be that tough, just reuse the old bots, the crotch one... dunno. For the shoulder straps i would think you would have to run them either through the seat or under the headrest. Then attach them to the rear deck. To do that right i would have a plate on the underside of the deck (you would have to drop the tank) I don't know if you could attach it to the ceiling..hmmm.

i put them in my Camaro, it was pretty straight foward. i just took the old sytem out, put the lapbelts where the old ones were, and mounted the shoulder harnesses to the bolt that mounts the lower part of the backseats. I didn't put the crotch belt in because... well, i just didn't want it. Theres a couple pics here:
