One of mine is cracked and I would like to repaint my rims and i need a center cap, the black plastic thing. I also need 4 emblems that say Camaro on them. Where do I find these or does anyone have any. Thanks

I have an 89 RS and all my ceneter caps are gone. But before you paint those rims, spray a butt load of "CASTROL HEAVY DEGREASER ONE THEM" Watch how clean that makes those things man. You'll be suprised. I was gonna repaint mine or have them dipped and my friend comes over pulls the tire and pours this stuff all over it, lets it sit, scrubed it and hosed it off and I was like, holly cow!!

If you still want to paint it go ahead by all means.

 

ALright, sounds like an idea, mine has brake dust and dirt all over the paint but this may work. The paint appears to be good except for the caps. Thanks

 

Try www.thirdgenresource.com They have both genuine and non-genuine caps. Classic industries also has them.

I know i've seen several sets being sold there for like $10.

 

anybody found anywhere else except classic industries? They want $30 per insert for the 89 IROC center caps! every other year is cheaper for some reason...
