heres why:its like this on both sides, is this warped or needs adjusting etc

For perfect panel alignment, either quarters come in or bumper goes out. Take bumper off and play with it see if you can get to line up. Inspect frame horns, impact bar. Check for prior panel replacement, quarters, floor, ect. If all else fails, section two bumpers (middle) into one to get proper alingment.
