How do I remove the Ground Effects Under my door. I have a Fender Where a scoop should go (there is a hole there now) and the scoop panel won't fit because part of the ground effect is covering the hole. I also need to do some minor repair, so I appriciate anyone's help on how to remove these. Thanks!

You have to take you babge emblem off the rocker panel gfx,the thing that says Z28,RS,ect there are two screws behind it,then there is a nut that goes into the rocker panel,to get to this you have to take rear seat belt inteior panel off,look down the 5in by 5in square hole near the bottom of the rear of the door and you will see one nut.Then there are 4 bolts under the door that holds the rocker to the support bracket,finally there are 7 more under the car.

On a somewhat related matter I want to put rs ground effects on my 82 Z28 will they fit fine and if so will the Z28 badge fit over the screw holes exactly the same as the RS?

They should fit,if yours isnt in good condition I would buy a set from www.classicindustries.com or www.nextgenparts.com What about youre rear bumper and front nose.If you keep your 82 rbumper the lower portion will be smaller
than the gfx from the RS.The fbumper wont look right the rocker panel gfx will be lower than the fbumper.I think they will be an inch or two smaller than the RS gfx,if I remember correctly.
