IROC Turbo Hood fits 82-92 s-286
and they told me it was a long wait till they could ship it

does any one know of any other places to get the hood I would even like a used one

oh ya i have tried the harwood one as well same thing wait months to have is made

thats the hood I want to get too, but man, 409 dollars. Whats the extra 9 for anywayz?? Why not round it off.

 

hey guys.. look around the net alittle bit more. i am going to be buying that hood to here in about 2 months... but i forgot to save the web page i saw it at. they had it for like $350 *maybe less..but i know more then 325* if i stumble upon it again ill post a link.

Just a thought guys. Since you have to wait try this. I found mine at the Junk Yard. Just keep telling them I was looking for a Z hood and they called one day and said they had one for $100.00 with louvers. I don't think they new the true price of these hoods. Such a deal I could not pass on. Fit like a glove. Maybe I just got lucky.

i got lucky two weeks ago.i was looking through the classifieds and some guy was selling it for 100$. it is fiberglass. when i get it painted ill post some pics.

Thunder Racing http://www.thunderracing.com has it... $13.01 cheaper! Actually, their price seems to be stable. A few months ago American Sports Car wanted around $500 for that hood. If they ever jack up the price again, Thunder Racing should stay the same.

AmericanSportsCarDesign started the twin Daytona hood. Becareful of others as far as fit and ability to paint with the proper shine.
