Anyone done this? Can I do it?

Has anyone ever replaced a rear quarter panel or seen it done.. I saw nextgen selling the parts for it but I wondered how hard it was to fix that.. or even get the old one off (does that section come off?). Also would this be something for someone to try and do themselves or would it be better left to a body shop? The panels I was looking at are here http://www.yearone.com/nextgenparts/.../ngbody98.html

The rear quarters have to be cut off. The new sections have to be welded back on. If you have the equipment, it can be done at home.
