Has anyone that has ever replaced their seat belt buckles in their F-Body used the steel belt buckles, instead of the plastic belt buckles, that come with the vast majority of other GM cars? If so, were they difficult to install yourself?

And if so, can a shop OTHER than a GM dealership install these?
