Power Window Adjustment

OK, this is day 3, I replaced my drivers side power window motor, what a job.
The window works but how the heck do you line up the window to stay in the
triangle piece. Do I push the felts to hold the window back. I read everything
possible, still cannot align the window. Any trick or ideas. Everthing is new ,
felts gaskets door panel. 1983 Trans Am.

Re: Power Window Adjustment

Try adjusting the triangular piece instead.Unless the window is not sealing properly against the weather strip. Its a multi step process, adjusting one thing will mis-align the glass elsewhere.
