I've got an 83 Z28 with ttops...had the car 12 years and never really thought about it, but my ttops have different attachment hardware from side to side..always figured it was gm's way to stupid-proof them.

The drivers side has pins and the pass side is hooks. Is this normal? Seen listing on ebay and such lately that lead me to believe this isn't the norm...or maybe it is for some years only.

Anyone out there got the inside scoop on this? Thanks
