number 1 depends on a lot of factors. 99 percent chance yes you will need adapters. Most likely a 2.25" adapter on hte front and a 2 inch adapter in the rear. But it depends on what application those ZR1's were from, whether factory or aftermarket, and whether you have your stock brakes and rear axle still. Do a search, there's good info on those, they're a somewhat common wheel. Very good looking wheels too.

Question #1 yes see above post for sizes. Not necessary on the rear if you swap in a forth gen rear end.
Question #2 yes the stock lugs can be used. But I would suggest locking lugs so your rims will stay YOUR rims and not some hood rat bastards down the street.
