What is a good price for a 4th gen console? I am looking for a 97' or up one. I would rather have the manual one. I live in NY.
I have no clues so any help would be great

i bought mine from a place in NY for$60.

 

I bought mine from speedautomotive.com for $100, that included everything, lid, boot, ashtray, lighter, etc... If your putting this in your 3rd gen it has to be a manual, autos will not work.

 

I've got a thirdgen automatic, will the automatic 97+ fit mine?

No, they only way to put a 4th gen console in a 3rd gen car is if the 4th gen console is a manual.

 

lol, here we go again. YES, the automatic will work. how do i know, mine is an automatic in an automatic car. my pics are posted in another post. it just takes a little fabricating to work, but it will work.

I stand corrected, I was just going by what everyone else on this board told me. I think I like the way the auto looks better too.

 

camaro_22, how much was involved in making that 4th gen auto fit? is it the same as swapping a manual console, or more difficult? please let me know.
