I am looking to find a body for a 3rd gen Trans Am. Basically the year and color does not matter as long as the body is straight. I'm looking to put in a 305 TPI that is accessible to me but I do not especially want to pay for another complete car because I do not have all that much money. I was just trying to find out if anyone could tell me where to look for basically a flawless T/A body that is for sale. Thanks for the help.

 

if you were real ambitious, you could buy a whole car really cheap from a parts yard then do whatever body work needs to be done..perfect 3rd gen bodies are hard to find these days.

You know there are plenty of clean 3rdgen T/A's around here, when you get back we will find one. Dont bother w/ a 305 id say go for a 350.

Their are probably some good non-rusted bodies down where you are in the desert.
