i am a little strapped for cash these days, dang insurance, but i want to do some kick @$$ stuff to the inside of my car. please give me some ideas.

Well first start with an exceptional cleaning. This will show you where to start. If your plastic panels are shot, you can paint them. Do a search on the boards for painting interior plastic. If the carpet is shot, replace it. One of the best mods is any 4th gen seat will bolt right in. A 4th gen center console will also bolt in. Use a manual console if you have an automatic. An automatic WILL fit but requires more modification. You can find this stuff on www.ebay.com or junkyards www.car-parts.com . Fix any cracks in the dash. You can add gauges to your pillars using a new molded pillar that ready for gauges to drop in. Add white faced guage overlays (look in tech articles). Change your dash bulbs to a different color.
Search the boards, I am sure there is other stuff.

 

forth gen seats are a matter of opinion. My seats are just fine and I like them. Perhapps whtie face gauges, and neon lights under the dash. Cup holders, stereo..

I don't think you could do white face guages because you have the digital dash, right?

no i have two mecahnical gauges then the oil water and volts are digital. i was also thinkin how bout blackin out the third brake likght and cutting a big bowtie into it with black letters spellin camaro. would this look good?
