how do you get the cowl piece off?

how do you get the cowl piece off?
of a camaro.That part thats under the wipers,the grate,intake vent,whatever it is.Mines faded and I wanna swap it for a better one but cant figure how its mounted.It looks like it snaps in but I wanna be sure before I go pullin on it.thanks

All you have to do is remove your wiper arms and then push in the tabs for it(plastic grate)--if you look really close you'll see what I'm talking about.
