should i convert to iroc, or buy one?

i want an iroc. obviously an iroc is a better performer than a sport coupe, but also i like the styling. my problem is that i'm having trouble finding a nice iroc in my price range. i have come across non irocs that are really nice and what i can afford. hell i think my car would be nice with a little work, but it's not an iroc. i would just use a non iroc, possibly my car, and just convert it to an iroc, but it just seems morally incorrect. do you guys think i should just convert my car, or wait until i find the right iroc?

i bet if you found an IROC you'd be happier. but who knows. if you were going to "convert to iroc" i'd just do all the gfx, tail lights, fog lights, etc. but DONT put anything on your car that says IROC. it will look like one but at the same time you wont be lying.

I agree, it ll look better and it wont be false advertisement, it wont be cheap though for you to convert your car either, unless you find some good deals, like at the bone yards. I just say play it and see how it goes if you find a cheap iroc get it, if you find some cheap iroc parts get them instead

There are only subtle differences between your car and an actual iroc, taillights, fog lights,GFX, decals, bigger sway bars than a Z28 and a lower ride height. I think thats about it, did i leave anything out?

By the time you buy what you need and pay to have it painted (assuming you install it all yourself), you'll have as much money into it as you would with an IROC. If you want an IROC, buy one. $2500 will get you a fairly decent IROC that runs good.

1. Ground effect color
2. Different wheels
3. Different springs
4. Different struts
5. Different shocks
6. Different sway bars
7. Addition of the wonderbar
8. Different grill (unless you ordered the Z28 with fog lights)
9. Different steering box

Hmm. I think I covered it.

Oh yeah,
10. RPO B4Z in the option tag.

Another subtle difference is the steering box. The IROC's have a different ratio....

Just buy an IROC, you'll be happier.....

Think about value too. The IROC will EVENTUALLY go up...the SC won't...or at least as much.
