Door Lock hole is screwed up
Thanks to some car thieves, they took a screw driver or something and popped the door lock out on the drivers door. In doing so, also split the metal about a inch downward. How hard would this be to fix, can it be just welded and banked back into shape? with it right at the lock, I am afraid it may need a new door skin but hate to do that.

It might be able to. Take it to a body shop and see what they say. Worse comes to worse I got a door here I can cut the area out for you
