any with this window problem

Hey, so the other day I rolled my window down and then put it back up. Oh by the way its electric. and when it came back up it hit on these two bolts that chipped the window. I think the bolts holt on the rubber black piece on the out side of the car. do you know what I am talking about? any how I was wondering if any one has had this problem and if so how to fix it.
thanks.

It is probably the felt window guides. Youll have to take the inside panel off and just tighten the bolts down. Not very hard to do. While you have the panel off make sure you White litheum all the window parts. Might as well do it now while the panel is off.
