Front Body Radiator Support? Can anyone tell me about this part?

Hi..

I took my car to a local body shop and they said that my car is easily repairable but it obviously needs a new front radiator support. It looks like this piece is welded on.. is it? How hard is it to weld on? Any information on how this piece fits on, let me know.

Chris

This one, it's the big metal piece that the metal part of the bumper connects to. This peice is welded onto the frame, it seems. Tell me stuff about this piece. Is it possible to straighten out the frame without it?
