Rear hatch lift supports
the spoiler on my car isnt metal like the rest of the hatch should i still buy the lift supports for a hatch with a spoiler or the one without

You need the one that says "with spoiler and/or wiper". I bought mine from rockauto.com since their prices are way lower than any local place, including shipping!

do any of the strut brands last more than five years?im tired of buying new struts.

I'm thinking since they're sent from a warehouse that they have low overhead. For me it is all about quality parts for low prices. The downfall is that it takes a few days to get your parts and you better know what you need because it's not like you can go down the street and exchange it. That being said, I replaced the upper and lower ball joints in my '06 Silverado DD on both sides for less then one side by going with Rock Auto.
I'm not sure how the local places can keep their doors open when you can buy everything online shipped for way less then they are offering it for.
