i need to remove the pass seat on my 86 Iroc and cannot figure out how to get the black plastic covers over the seat track units at the front of the seat without breaking them

86 IROC 305 TPI, KYB shocks, poly bushings, alochol/water injection, MSD, K&N, map relocated, Flexalite dual fans, 1.6 rollers, March pulleys, ported plenum, overlays, cat gone and 3 inch flowmaster into 2 2.5pipes, MSD 300+ wires and platinum plugs, 170 thermostat, gutted air box and all free mods, (in storage for 15 years)

 

On my Firebird there were screws holding them in place.

 

Mine was the same, with a screw. I had to pull the plastic piece off, drill out the screw, any when I replaced them, I just used a screw with a bigger head.
