i just finished redoing my interior and everything perfect except that in the inside when i get going about 40mph w/ the windows up i can hear what sounds like i barely have my window open but i discovered it was a black, triangle piece that had cracked from being in the sun. Located on the top of the door up kinda in between the window and wind sheild. I've looked everywhere and i can't find the piece. I don't know if it can come off the door. I just need to know if i can buy just that individual piece and put it on

 

I had to replace that piece. You can get it from the dealer. they sell the triangle and the weatherstrip for it separately. That piece can come off the door, to do so you must take hte door panel off, and there are like 2 or 3 10mm bolts which hold it on.

i believe you are talking the corner door piece....

is it on the very edge where it meets the weather strip?


if its that.....you can yank it out and its easy to replace....
just open your door and yank upward on it...take a look in a junk yeard..they are ecerywhere....or if you want new take a look in classic industries...they are like $33?
