Dented Fender

Ok, There I was, sitting at a stop light minding my own business, and out of no where this dumb a$$ runs in to my front right fender. When I say run, I mean run as in jogging. It was pretty comical actually because if the shoulder roll he did over the hood and belly flop in front of the car. Well, when we got home there was this great big dent in the fender where his knee hit it. You can get to it through the hole next to the battery but I need to be sure I'm not going to make things worse by trying to push it out. What should I do???

Nope, he ran off after picking himself up. We didn't realize the fender was dented until after we got home.
