Hazzard knob broken off

Hazzard **** broken off
Just like my title states,my hazzard **** on my 89 RS is broken.The little sleeve thingy that goes in and out is missing and all that is left is a nub.How the heck do I correct this problem?Do I have to remove the wheel then the column trim to replace it?How hard is it to replace it and what does it all involve?Any information that yall can give me would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.
