I don't know how to put pics up but here are links

http://images.andale.com/img/imageTe...JPG&marketId=4

Second or third gen wheel? Will it work on my thirdgen?

Sorry, I thought I had pics of the others, but I don't.
Can you tell me about the 3-spoke (side spokes are nearly horizontal) leather-wrapped steering wheel that only had an inch or so of the spokes exposed (near the center)?

Can you tell me about the "standard" (I guess, side spokes go up and out--not horizontal) 3-spoke wheel that had the exposed metal spokes going almost all the way out the rim? Leather wrapped?

I like the looks of my stock wheel, but it is all squishy and really annoys me. I really like the looks of the above wheels (especially the leather wrapped one I described and the one in the picture.

I just want to know if they are (supposed to be and if they usually are now) soft/squishy or firm/hard.

Thanks for any help.

The picture is of a 2nd gen T/A steering wheel. As for firm/squishy my Iroc wheel was nice and firm with a little give to it, if you could get pics of the other wheels u describe it would help

I thought it was a second gen. Do you know if I could adapt it?

if you had the hub it should slide right on... without the hub you'd be SOL. A Z28 steering wheel hub MIGHT work as it attaches in a similar fasion, but I make no guarentees.

best way to know for sure find a plain firebird (2nd gen) and buy the wheel, shouldn't run more than a few bucks, then if it fits get the T/A wheel
Good Luck
