auto dimming mirror, how do i hook up???

From: previously OKINAWA JAPAN,georgia, now new england
Car: 1989 IROC--1989 T/A
Engine: 5.7 TPI in both
Transmission: W/C T-5 in both
Axle/Gears: B/W 3.27 in both
auto dimming mirror, how do i hook up???
i have done the search but there was only hear-say in there. I need to find out what the 3 wires go to. Please help if you can. Those of you with it factory installed, and or those that have installed them after the fact are welcome. thanks a bunch THE SHAGGY IROC

Engine: 5.1L TPI, 5.0L TPI
Transmission: 700R4, M5
Axle/Gears: Sag 3.73, B&W 3.45
From what I understand there are 3 wires, the green wire goes to the back up lights, then there is power & ground.
That is how it was on my Liquid Crystal one...
