hi guys the bloke i bought my trans am off had welded in new rocker panels but the fit is really bad ,ive been out and ordered a new set is there any problems with aftermarket panels that are out there that i should be aware off.Not sure if it was just bad workmanship or if panels he fitted were junk,any advise would be great

I don't have experience with 3rd gen replacement parts specifically, but in the truck world('73-'87 Chevy to be exact), the fit of aftermarket parts is so-so at best. Just be prepared for tweaking and swearing when you put the new ones in.
