I have tried and tried and tried, and cracked, and broke, and damage many ground effects in different junk yard trying to remove them. It seems as if it is a very tedious task or require the right tool. Can somebody please give me some tips (even a tutorial video) on how to properly remove the ground effects. I know these steps below:
1. Remove door panel
2. Reach inside door panel and remove hex bolts, however; it is a challenge getting to all hex bolts!!!!

The trick is turn the wrench SLOWLY. The studs are made of the same urethane as the GFX, so they do break easily. I use a ratcheting 10mm straight wrench and 2 fingers on the side to turn it gently. Also, make sure you aren't pushing towards the outer door panel(down on the stud). The nuts are designed to cut their own threads and they can easily cut the stud off if they keep spinning in one spot too long.
Thank you so much!!!
