Window Regulator Question
I ordered a replacement passenger side power window regulator as my current one is not going to work anymore. One of the rollers on the regulator I received does not rotate , its stiff and wont budge. Is this normal? Is one of the rollers supposed to be stationary? (dont have the old one out of the door yet for comparison).... The other two rollers on the regulator rotate freely. Thanks

If those rollers move back and forth in the tray they should all "roll".
