Trunk lid

I am trying to remove my trunk lid and as soon as I try to loosen the bolts on the hinge from the inside the black cap from the outside spins I tried clamping down the black cap and holding it down but it didn't seem to work. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Remove the rear headliner trim piece then the nuts holding the hinge to the body......
