Factory headlight covers

I have a complete new set that have never been installed. I have been hanging on to them and have been wondering if they are worth anything. Thinking of installing them or just hang on to them. You do not see them very often.

Re: Factory headlight covers

here are the pics. for you unbelievers. now should I use them or hang on to them as a collectable . what would they be worth? I know that I paid at the dealer many years ago for a set (not these) $180. I found these about 6-7 years ago on the internet from a guy that worked at the Van Nuys assembly plant before GM closed it down. He took these from inventory and saved them. I have not seen a new set since.

Re: Factory headlight covers

Very neat. Do you have to drill into the body to install them?

I'd like a set of them, but really don't want to screw into my new bumper!

Re: Factory headlight covers

yea you do. they look real good and they cant be removed unless you open the hood 1st. so they can not be stolen . they fit the contour of the front better than the flat aftermarket ones.

Re: Factory headlight covers

I say hang on to them. The day you get rid of them you will be kicking yourself for doing so.
