Hi,
I recently impulse purchased a 1986 Camaro and I didn't really put much thought into the body work until now. I realized that the rear quarter are pretty rusted through. I was wondering if I could have some opinions on whether or not this is worth trying to fix? I was thinking of grinding out the rear panels and welding in fender flares. I put a picture of an idea for fender flares. I put red lines to show where the rust is hiding under the bondo. Just give me honest opinions if you think this body is junk or if I should try to work with it. Thanks.
