New front bumper fitment and alignment

Axle/Gears: 9 bolt BW, Disk, Posi-traction
New front bumper fitment and alignment
My 1988 Camaro had front accident damage and I've replaced the front guards, guards and bonnet.
The guards, doors and hood all align ok.
However, the front bumper does not align properly with the front of the guards.
The tops of the bumper on the corners appears to be pulled in towards the middle. It also feels like there is something inside the bumper that pushes the middle of the bumper out, causing the corners to be pulled towards the middle.
Any suggestions appreciated?
