I had to look up "slam panel " , not a term we use over here.
I think we call it "impact bar " or bumper cover support if I translated correctly.
I haven't seen new ones available, used is prob what you need.
You should know that the 91-92 are slighly different than the earlier years, but you could probably modify an earlier one to work.

I got mine from an aftermarket bumper supplier that serviced dealer bodyshops in my "region" of the state of Wisconsin. Whether that is still an option I don't know.......BILL
