front bumper alignment
I just replaced the headlight support piece and now front bumper is misaligned
It was fine before. Can some one tell me how to align it. I searched the site and no help on this common problem.

Similar problem here.
Have you installed the bracket in the middle that connects the plastic headlight support bar to the hood catch support bracket?

yes, my front is bolted on. the funny thing is it was aligned with the broken support. Now with the new one its off. I think its the radiator support has a small dent in it from what ever happened to it. I was hoping there was some adjustment that i was un aware of. Hope some one has input on this.

Besides the center brace.There are two adjustments on each side of the inner headlamps.Loosen the bolts on the brackets & adjust as needed.This mostly for the hood/bumper gap.

I just bought an 89 iroc-z with some front end damage. Now I'm trying to figure out how far out to rebuild the frame rails so I can bold my bumper back on. Any idea how to get the distance between the front of the radiator support to the front edge of the frame rail??

Show your misalignment, pics of the brackets on either side of the radiator and the one that goes down the center.
