Thought it looked different and i could consider it ...

If you made it the correct width it would be ok, as is, just another clearly swapped wing that doesn't really fit.

85 Corvette has a similar spoiler, only it's much longer than the one you posted

A little on the narrow side, but not terrible. I've seen much worse. At least they painted it to match.
