when the door is sagging how can you tell whats bad what goes bad on the top and what goes bad on the bottom and how can you tell if ones bad and ones good?my right side drags on the ground effects when i open it and the left my molding don't line up on either side.

 

The best way to tell, is to open the door and have a friend lift up on the latch end of the door. Move it up and down a few times while you look closely at the LOWER then the UPPER hinges.

If it is only the lower hinge that is worn out (and it probably is), it is easy to repair. If it is the upper hinge that is worn out, it will be more of a project to repair.
