I need to get a OEM front passenger side fender for my 1986 Trans Am. Do you know where I can get one for cheap? Thanks!

If it HAS to be OEM, then the only cheap way to go is used. Try a junkyard. To find one near you go to www.car-parts.com
OR
www.tacreationsusa.com
OR
one of our three sponsors above who sell used parts.
If it has to be new, then you are going to pay around $260.
Classic Indusrtries has it: part number G9901 you can email 'em at info@classicindustries.com $262.50
or
Ames Performance Pontiac www.amesperf.com part number FC416KR $263.00
Finally there are NEW REPRODUCTIONS which get mixed reviews on the boards, some brands fit fine, others don't line up.
The only place of the top of my head is JC Whitney, $99 but I did hear some bad news about that one.
How about Fiberglass fenders? Just something else to think about. Fiberglass Trends is the only place I have found with fenders but you have to order the catalog via snail-mail and then it is only a price list. No pictures. Their website seems to have vanished so the phone number is 714-532-6140 Part number 2322 $232.00
Hope this helps, and Welcome to the boards!!!!!

I replaced most of my front end with the new reproductions... my uncle ordered them for me (he's also a camaro guy) so i don't know from who.
They were only 98 cdn, but the body lines are off by about 3/4"
some creative 2x4/hammer work as well as reshaping the doors, fixed that up though.

Too bad you don't live in Florida. I go to two salvage yards here all the time, and there are lots of fenders. You pull them and the prices are anywhere from $40 - $75. I would definitely try the salvage yards.
take care
