Hey guys - so I'm interested in repainting my car in the same blue color as the Optimus Prime truck seen in Transformers 4. Here's a link to a page with several photos of the truck and another link to a walk around video. .

I want to paint the Trans Am in the same metallic blue color they used on the truck, and I am even thinking about doing some light accents using the red color of the flames.

Any paint experts out there who can help me figure out what paint color codes these blue and red paints look like to you?

And before everyone starts commenting with the obvious "red and blue" remarks or how much these colors suck, I'm really serious about this. So I would appreciate some real advice please.

Well the blue looks like the Lemans Blue that was on 2004 Commemorative Edition Corvettes. And I'd have to go with 1993-04/2010-present Torch Red for the red parts as it's sort of an orangey-red.

 

Where I work we paint alot of colors and we use diamont from BASF. what I found that might be close is a chrysler color. Its color code PCL. It does have Metallic in it as well. Heres a link to a car painted that color.
