Got her all put back together the weekend. Turned out very nice I think. Havent got any pics except these off the phone I will get some more later when I have time. Wing worked out nice I think it just took drilling the holes out a lil bit on the car to make it line up and a lil stretching and massaging to make it fit on the sides but very happy with it. Lucky to have my Dad and my son helping me.. it was a job! Next project I will start putting my sbc 400 together to replace the lil L03 at a later date. Next week we have Cruising the Coast and I cant wait to put some miles on her and enjoy a lil time off.
Thanks so much guys I'm very proud of it. Next step will be building a stronger engine. That may have to wait til my son graduates college this summer.
Na man its low enough. I don't wana scrub any of that new paint and it rides rough enough. I actually like the way it sets I put factory spec springs back on it when I got it they were an inch taller than the worn springs I replaced.
Man my 12yr old sanded close to 5 hr yesterday. I have 3 sons but he probably sealed the deal on inheriting it since the other two were probably on the x-box while this was going on. LOL
This would be daughter while my couple year older son played video games. Actually he’d probably help but not long. And at this point my daughter runs like hell any time I mention starting any of my cars. LOL!! I know this is an older thread but man it turned out great!
