Psgr door not closing
When I try to shut my passenger door, it bounces back a bit, so it kinda catches, but it's still open a half inch or so (it stays locked this way). I have to try it a few times with just the right force and follow-thru to get it to stay all the way closed. What is wrong with it (I already tried lubing the latch and the door doesn't look tilted).

My '86 Camaro with t-tops has done that since the day it was new. It is possible you have worn parts in the latch or hinges, but if you have t-tops it might just be because your window hits the t-top weatherstrip before the door is completely latched. Does it do the same thing when your door's window is rolled down? Determining that would be a start.

I very seriously doubt if your door hinges would be worn out on a '91. But check and see if the LOWER one is worn to the point of requiring repairing. Grasp the end of the door and lift up firmly. Any play at all is too much.
I lloked at a '97 S-10 today that the drivers door would not close. The hinges were steel to steel. Bushings had worn out and left. Kind of a crap design. Firs S-10 I had ever looked at. You would think they could do a better job than that.
