I would suppose that camaros would be different than Firebirds. 85-92 Firebirds have this molded plastic piece that actually snaps in. So you might have to buy something. Camaros apparently have some sort of piece that is screwed on (as mentioned before)
It might be easier to buy one for a firebird but cheeper to make one for a camaro.
