Hey all, my GTA's console lid is busted. The forward hinge won't stay on. I pulled the lid apart and the plastic nut-mounts are toast. The lid and vinyl cover is in excellent condition and I want to keep it, what can be done?? Thanks!!

 

Take it apart, find out what part is broken, slather it with 30 minute epoxy, then when its dry carefully drill new holes slightly smaller then the screws and reattach. Or just use bigger screws.

BTW a new one from Gm is $120.
