american camaro&firebird salavage

I just found out today that I live 12 minutes from what looks like a huge Camaro and firebird salvage yard. I'm stoked to go check it out. I need a front driver side ground effect and want a new hood. this could be really cool.

Re: american camaro&firebird salavage

Haven't been there myself yet, but would like to get there at some point! Have a friend that lives in Edmond that went there a year or so ago. Had things he liked about it and some he didn't (thought some items were a little pricey). I'd be interested to hear what you think and how the selection is (should you decide to go).

Re: american camaro&firebird salavage

I'm going to try and get there Thursday. even if the parts are a little pricey it might be worth it for no other reason than its so close and I can inspect each piece before I buy it. didn't mean to add the pics and cant get them off now.

Re: american camaro&firebird salavage

i sent this salvage a message on fb and they replied to me today. honestly I get an odd vibe but I could be making it up. seems its a closed yard. you cant walk through and look for stuff you might want. she said they will walk you through if you make an appointment. they didn't have the driver side front ground effect that I need. I want a hood and a few other odds and ends but I'm doing it in order and need the ground effect first.

Interesting. I'd be willing to make an appointment to see what they had that interested me.

Re: american camaro&firebird salavage

I know this is an old thread, but I was told last weekend that American Camaro and Firebird shut down recently.
