primer ?

i have sanded down spoiler from an 89 bird (red) and wnat to paint it black for my car. Should i prime first or just paint and which primer should i use, the scratch filler or the sealer or both (it is sanded pretty smooth.

Seal the red first, otherwise it could bleed. Prime it with filler primer, sand smooth, then paint. Be carefull though, '89 bird spoiler is flexible, so you will need "flex" paint, or add a flex agent to the paint.
