maybe somebody else can provide pictures, but there is a bolt under the car by the door on a tab that sticks down. Then you need to get under the bumper and there's like 4 nuts tucked up in there kind of near the battery box area. Then under the hood there is a series of bolts where the edge of the hood sits. Then there is a support rod you'll see sticking out. Then you pull the bumper toward a tad an the studs will pop out. Pretty easy except for the ones behind the front bumper, those are a pain.

If if somebody jacked up your car wrong and smushed the tab by the door, your going to have to carefully bend it back into place so it is not crinkled and stuck when you remove the fender. Be careful taking it off, it's just flimsy sheet metal.

Re: Removing fenders

In rust country, the #1 problem will be rusty fasteners. The nuts/studs along the front of the fenders to the front bumper are probably going to be trouble. Same with the two bolts at the bottom of the fenders behind the wheels, and all the fasteners around the fender liners and filler pieces. Not a fun project for a first timer.

Eh just have to go into it thinking it will be a pain, then you aren't surprised when it's terrible lol.

Re: Removing fenders

yeah, its not fun, the studs from the front bumper were horrible, if you have hands any bigger than a third grader it gets rather tight, but technically not a difficult project.
