The outer window seals on my car are in rough shape.They're split every half inch and don't do anything as far as keeping the rain out of the inside of the door.Where have you guys gotten replacment seals and how hard were they to install.Does GM have replacements for this application?I think i've seen an add for some from soff seal,but most of my searching has found weatherstrippng for everything but this part of the car.This must be a common problem because most third-gens i've seen seem to have this problem.

 

For years they were a dealer-only item and cost around $45-50 bux up here.
