Trans am to formula

I Just picked up a 1989 trans am t top car. good body no motor for 350.00 I want change bumpers to formula bumpers . I like the look better what is needed to make the swap

It's a personal preference, but I pity the fool that tries to add/delete ground effects. It's just not worth the trouble. You'll have steel brackets that are spot welded and bolted to the body under the moldings, so you'll have to weld up a bunch of holes and pretty much redo all the body work.
