one of my good friends at home used to have a 90 formula TBI i used to spank that car over and over again. then he got a 94 formula. my parade is over =( i still run close to him but once we get moving he pulls away. i think i would beat him off the line but i need new tires, i spin way too much. only things he has done to his car is an air foil, KN filter, flowmaster muffler, and the factory performance gear option. this summer im getting underdrive pulleys an AFPR, and edelbrock TES headers, taking into concideration, and ofcourse new tires. Taking into concideration my current mods, and the ones i want to do, should i beat him if he doesnt do anything else to his car?

I would say that with drag radials and a stall converter you would have little problem with him

well, now hes probably getting a new gear (a 3.73 or a 4.10) and a stall converter
